It’s obvious that one marketing specialist seriously dragged everyone else down—one person became the source of resentment for everyone.

Other departments unrelated to them got caught in the crossfire, and they had no choice but to whitewash things because they couldn’t recruit anyone.

There’s nothing biased about the content, so there isn’t much to say.

All I can say is that it’s very clear what problem needs to be solved :) If upper management sees this, they might want to think about how to handle it.
