1. Aside from being emotionally exhausting, there is not much to say about the Brand Marketing Department. Its status is exceptionally low, and it has to handle everything under the sun.

2. The company’s reputation and attitude are genuinely poor: it is strict with others but lenient with itself.

3. There are no holiday bonuses for the three major festivals, and the gifts are usually the company’s products that are near their expiration date or have a short shelf life.

4. Problems are difficult to get resolved even when raised; the only thing that gets resolved is the person who raises them. The longer you stay, the more emotionally exhausted you become.
