The environment is clean and bright
The e-commerce managers’ decisions change from day to day; there are few benefits and many restrictions, office politics, and poor communication about the work. The managers lack judgment and decision-making ability and habitually take credit for their subordinates’ hard work and achievements.
All the work is left for lower-level employees to handle. When something happens, the two managers discuss it and hold meetings among themselves in the conference room, but they do not communicate with the personnel carrying out the work. This leaves employees at a loss regarding the direction of their work and results in extremely low efficiency.
Lower-level employees want to make money for the company and its owner, but are repeatedly undermined by their managers (decisions changing from day to day, shifting responsibility, unequal distribution of work, and increased workloads without the corresponding compensation), resulting in extremely high staff turnover.
