Punctual working hours, with a 1.5-hour lunch break. Water, a microwave, an oven, and a refrigerator are provided...
1. The turnover rate is high, and the dismissal rate is even higher. If anything does not suit the boss, the person is fired, leaving the remaining employees to take on multiple roles.
2. There is no fixed promotion or salary-increase system. The salary stays the same while the workload keeps increasing, and job responsibilities may be reassigned repeatedly.
3. There is no year-end bonus or bonuses for the three major holidays. During Lunar New Year, the boss may give out small red envelopes depending on their mood.
4. The office is divided into two factions, with a serious sense of hostility. Some senior employees feel superior to others and also have poor emotional management; they may become furious over the smallest things.
5. The boss is not good at management, resulting in severe divisions among employees. The boss also likes to dream up new ideas and has different thoughts every day. Employees work themselves to the bone to produce something, only for it to be repeatedly changed and ultimately abandoned, wasting everyone’s time. In addition, the boss does not like employees to challenge their ideas: once they want to do something, it has to be done, and they will not heed advice. Yet they also like to ask employees to provide ideas and opinions without actually intending to listen to them.
