1. Young and easygoing colleagues
2. Occasionally, there are small snacks to eat
3. Data-driven
4. There is a promotion path; it is considered a small-to-medium-sized company
5. Good for gaining experience
1. The salary ranges from 28,000 to 32,000. I heard that recently, because the company has trouble retaining employees, new hires are getting 37,000, but long-time employees are still only getting 30,000.
2. You can only get snacks if you are lucky, since there are not enough for everyone. Popular items are usually taken very quickly, such as Khoa-hian noodles.
3. They emphasize data, but in reality, it is mainly used to challenge you when considering promotions. Even if the data looks like 99%, it does not necessarily mean you will be promoted.
4. The promotion criteria are visible, but if management does not approve, you still cannot be promoted.
5. Treat it as a place to gain experience. After I changed jobs, my annual salary doubled. Do not think the salary, benefits, or compensation here are particularly good—run!
