The company provides meals. No other advantages. Pathetic.

1. There are a bunch of old hags in the pattern-making department who love causing trouble, especially the pattern maker (dirty x mosquito). In addition to loving to bully newcomers from ancient times to the present, she also brings her own assistant along to gang up on new hires, making life difficult for newcomers there (the sewing aunties inside have confirmed this).

2. The pattern-making corpses on the fourth floor basically all have emotional-management issues (with only two or three normal people). They love making personal attacks, humiliating assistants, gossiping behind people's backs, being two-faced, sabotaging others, shifting blame...

3. The so-called responsibility system means they simply don't pay you overtime. If you come in to work overtime on Saturday or Sunday but still haven't finished the patterns, your weekend overtime is simply confiscated.

4. The pattern-making corpse's master of a certain gender (tumor x0) likes to humiliate you by saying they are “just blunt,” using bluntness to cover up their lack of manners (the pattern-making corpses inside are all about the same).

5. They expect you to reach the level of a formal pattern maker while paying you an assistant's salary.

6. Instructions from supervisors are incomplete, and in the end they turn around and blame you for not handling things properly.

7. After rushing to finish a major show, you can be fired on the spot, with no prior notice and no severance pay (even after you have worked there for more than three months).

To any newcomers considering joining, really think twice. Excluding and targeting new hires has been a long-standing tradition in their pattern-making department. They even take smug pleasure in driving away yet another newcomer. Anyone who has worked there knows that the place is deep water.
