The interview was simple, like having a chat, and the company atmosphere wasn’t serious.
Compared with other companies, it was relatively more relaxed.
There are so many, honestly (汗)
- The compensation, environment, and salary are all very poor.
- They especially like to make empty promises. They don’t keep their word, and basically nothing they say will actually happen.
- The internal systems are extremely poor—definitely a negative. It’s incredibly chaotic; one thing can be changed seven or eight times, and in the end they still don’t give you an SOP.
- The turnover rate is extremely high. Also, because information isn’t transparent, you often don’t even know that the person you coordinate with has changed, which seriously affects your work...
- A lot of work with no clear person in charge (because the company hasn’t hired people for the appropriate positions) gets dumped on new hires.
- The boss is extremely stingy. Even the new-hire red envelopes are given in odd amounts, and the average amount is missing a zero.
- HR doesn’t do its job; they only think about how to curry favor with the boss and how to exploit employees.
I strongly advise fresh graduates and capable people not to come here and waste their time. It’s really not worth it.
