It feels like a large staffing company. The headquarters is quite nice, but if you are assigned to an on-site placement, the environment is not as good.
The salary and benefits are decent. I think the leave policy is fairly generous; if you have to work on a scheduled day off, you are given a compensatory day off, and there is also personal leave.
Abby from recruitment is super nice. You can ask her anything about the job and your expectations; she will help find out more and assist with negotiations. Highly recommended!!
So far, I haven't encountered any major drawbacks. However, working at an on-site placement really requires you to be self-reliant, so it is not suitable for fresh graduates. Those with experience should have no problem.
