None; the top executive was extremely disrespectful.

It is now called Good Good Securities. They proactively invited me to an interview, yet the interviewer had not read my résumé and showed absolutely no interest in learning anything about me. The top executive simply went on and on about how great the company was, with a strong air of arrogance and self-righteousness. In a supposedly humorous tone, they criticized my former company. My company is still one of the leaders in the industry, so I suppose the boss’s ambitions must be extremely lofty—truly out of reach. ^__^

In short, they were extremely disrespectful and completely wasted my time. I have no idea what is going on inside this company. If the interview was like this, I really don’t dare imagine what it would be like to work there.

They might be able to fool people who have never worked in the financial industry, but anyone in the industry would immediately know what they are doing… I can only put a big question mark on it. An interview is not just about the company choosing you; the interviewee is also choosing the company. From beginning to end, it was so ridiculous that all I wanted to do was laugh. It was truly quite amusing.

The various posts below are incredibly entertaining. Before the interview, I thought I could approach the conversation with an open mind, but the conclusion is: really, don’t—believe me.
