Position: Engineering staff
1. The employees are fairly reasonable overall; I haven’t encountered unreasonable senior employees bullying newcomers.
2. Frequent overtime, so it’s quite suitable for people who like earning overtime pay.
1. The working hours stated during the application process are only a reference; you almost go in early and leave late every day.
I have never worked regular hours and frequently work overtime. (Business trips required.)
2. The work is engineering-oriented and mostly tiring.
3. Taking leave is not particularly easy; it depends on how busy the company is.
4. There are quite a lot of minor rules.
5. You may need to work shifts after getting off work (if something happens at the worksite, you have to return to the company to clock in, then go handle the emergency).
