The interview went pretty well.

The interviewers were all quite nice.

They call to tell you that you got an offer and ask whether you're interested, but in reality, you're just a backup candidate.

They'll ask you to wait for the approval documents to be signed first.

They call every week to say that the approval documents still haven't come through. It feels like they're being very proactive, but they say the same thing for three weeks straight, hahaha.

Once they find someone they like better, they tell you that, unfortunately, things don't look optimistic.

They waste a month of your time and then never follow up.

Poor administrative efficiency.
