Didn't get in, so I don't know if there are any pros?
When I went for the interview, two people came in—one man and one woman. The woman was probably from HR. She asked me to introduce myself and then asked whether I knew what the company did. I was clearly notified to attend the interview based on my résumé. If my qualifications didn't fit or I didn't meet the company's standards, I don't think they needed to invite me to an interview and then criticize me to my face while saying meaningless things. If you need someone with a software background, don't interview someone with a hardware background. It just wastes both parties' time.
I suggest that people going for interviews consider whether they meet the company's requirements, so they don't waste time going to Bo'ai Road looking for a parking space, paying parking fees, and then having their time wasted in an interview where they are criticized.
