台騑聯運股份有限公司
Pros

Taichung Office

1. If you are an extremely socially anxious person, you might feel very comfortable at this company, because the office atmosphere is extremely quiet and colleagues communicate only via Skype.

2. If you like treating the company as your home, and you are in the air freight department, congratulations—it will become your home. You have to work overtime every day, so you can stay as long as you want.

3. If you want to experience the dark side of society, this place is definitely excellent value for money. The managers can help you reach the pinnacle of workplace bullying, while leaving you with nowhere to turn for help.

Cons

There are no drawbacks here; every colleague is enthusiastic and loves giving surprises :)

1. The position you originally applied for may become a different role after you join. After all, they want to give you a surprise, so they will not notify you—they will move your belongings to another department while you are on leave.

2. You get only one chance to learn. If you cannot get up to speed immediately, your colleagues will stare at you with the whites of their eyes and “tsk-tsk” at you in praise. CS in particular will be extremely “friendly” to you. After all, they are princesses; although they could handle the work themselves, they will still summon OP to assist them.

3. If you are not crazier and more passionate than your manager, this place is very unsuitable for you. After all, they often ask employees about their families—truly very considerate managers.

4. Reporting problems to the station manager and head office will not solve them. After all, they are dealing with billions every second; how could they notice little people like us? Employees are like disposable chopsticks: if they lose you, they still have another pair.

There is always a reason why an obscure freight forwarder is obscure. What do you think?
