Pros
HR is finally working on the company's public relations crisis over the years to meet its KPIs. Although it isn't HR's problem, it still counts toward HR's KPIs. It's truly hard work.
Cons
I hope that people who join in the future won't encounter what those who came before them experienced. The people, company culture, and systems are truly terrifying.
