One of the few pure software product companies in Taiwan to have entered many countries, with an international primary market. Its customers include well-known major telecommunications groups in many countries—this is not something that can be achieved by managers simply painting an overly rosy picture without taking action. The product is unique, with more than 40 patents, and the company was listed on the Emerging Stock Market last December.

There is no 100% perfect work environment. Based on my experience, although there are still colleagues who are difficult to communicate with, compared with other companies, the organizational structure is relatively flat. If I really have an idea, my manager is willing to give me room to try.

That’s just how work is: once you invest yourself in something, you will inevitably encounter absurd situations you never expected and discover circumstances that are not visible on the surface.

For example, I originally thought it would be great to work in an air-conditioned office, but only after doing it did I realize how much pressure there is when your manager is right beside you;

I originally joined the company because I was attracted by its employee benefits, but only after starting did I learn what challenges the job involved.

In fact, there is no easy job, but there is always a better, more developed version of yourself to become. When facing a job you are still dissatisfied with, instead of rejecting it, try to relieve the pressure; instead of complaining, try to learn. Use your time outside work to adjust your mood, or continue growing so that one day you can do work you like more.

After all, for a job to become easy, you have to get through every difficulty, stumble many times, and earn that ease. Remember: if you choose ease now, things will only become harder and harder later; if you choose to face difficulties, things will gradually become easier in the future.

Even the most unpleasant job has something worth learning;

Even the job you like most has moments you need to endure.

Work takes up a great deal of a person’s life, and facing a job you dislike can indeed be tormenting.

However, few people seriously consider whether giving up what they are doing now would really mean having no more worries.

A job’s good and bad qualities are determined only partly by the job itself; the rest is determined by you.

When you see work as working hard for someone else, it becomes a drain; when you see it as working hard for yourself, it becomes an accumulation.

Whatever work you do, instead of resenting it, use it as an opportunity to learn and grow.

Work is meant to help realize the meaning of life, not make life feel powerless;

When you encounter a difficult problem, challenge yourself first if you can. If you truly cannot, then give yourself a break for now.
