Violates the Labor Standards Act
1. Not clocking out after work
2. No overtime pay—it's a position of responsibility!
3. No bonuses for the three major holidays. Don't even compare it to a foreign company; it's not even as good as traditional industries.
4. Benefits are only available if you happen to get lucky.
One person is made to do the work of many; capable people are overworked :)
The shared facilities are very dirty and uncomfortable.
The job description written in the interview materials and on the platform is for reference only; you will definitely be doing more than that.
Don't be surprised if you end up doing a different job.
