Regus Taiwan_台北雷格斯商務服務有限公司
Pros

Builds your ability to cope with pressure

There are 14 days of annual leave, but you can only take them after completing the six-month eligibility period

Cons

Other than annual leave, there are basically no other benefits

It sounds good to call it a foreign company, but it lacks the advantages of one

The company continually exploits its employees, resulting in extremely high employee turnover, and does not value back-office staff such as receptionists

It considers back-office staff to have very low levels of professionalism and does not believe they are worth higher salaries

Yet back-office staff are also required to handle customer service and assist with business work, and must be able to speak English

Basically, the attitude is that if someone leaves, they can just find a replacement

There are no other benefits: no raffle at the year-end party, no bonuses for the three major holidays, and no company trips

The company keeps being sold from one owner to another, giving the impression that there is no intention to operate it for the long term
