Interview experience:

1. After sitting down, the employee who escorted me to my seat asked whether I would like water or tea, which showed considerable courtesy toward the job candidate.

2. The interviewer was a female manager who spoke very politely and repeatedly thanked me for coming to the company for an interview.

3. There was no written test. The entire interview consisted of questions about why I left my previous job, my views on work, and so on. She seemed to be a manager who was very willing to listen to the interviewee.

1. The position follows a responsibility-based work system, with frequent overtime, and the products are complex. I got the impression that previous new hires had difficulty taking over the work or adapting, so the interviewer kept asking about and expressing concern over my willingness to pursue this position.

2. The interview took place in early February. The interviewer said that because they were still interviewing new candidates, they would not decide on the result until the end of February. She asked me, if I were hired, what the earliest date I could start would be. I answered that I could start at any time, but the interviewer said, "Don't you need to take some time to rest first?" (I had left my previous job only the day before the interview.) Later, the interviewer said, "Then I'll note that you can start in mid-March..." It felt like an excuse indicating that they had no intention of hiring me; otherwise, why would they delay the decision for so long?
