Workplace reviews and discussion: 煥德科技股份有限公司

The company has relocated and undergone restructuring.

Location:

The company is located near Taipei 101, and scooter parking is fairly convenient.

There are many nearby food options to choose from.

Atmosphere:

Overall, the company is pretty good, and the level of freedom is fairly high.

My department manager is good and responsible in their work.

Benefits, etc.:

Paid sick leave and a birthday bonus are provided.

There is also a snack area and coffee.

Occasionally, the company holds group meals.

The year-end banquet is usually held at a high-end restaurant.

So far, there has been a lucky draw at every year-end, with prizes usually worth a few thousand [New Taiwan dollars]. When the boss is in a good mood, they may add extra prizes.

Everyone at the company is more focused on doing the work within their own responsibilities.

Therefore, information is not very well circulated.

If you have questions, you need to take the initiative to ask or seek answers.

It is more suitable for self-disciplined or experienced people.
