When you're stationed at a client site, the company can't really keep tabs on you.
Once you get familiar with the client-side staff, does the company even know whether you show up for work?
For a staffing company, the benefits are considered pretty poor.
1. You have to provide your own computer. The company contributes 30,000, but pays it in monthly installments of 1,000...
2. The sales representative only shows up when you resign or need to sign documents; otherwise, you barely feel their presence.
(Oh, they also show up when the client reports a problem.)
3. When the spring banquet was canceled, there was no replacement payment or compensation.
