1. The production line supervisor is completely incapable of teaching. They expect people to know how to read the work instructions as soon as they arrive. When I wanted to ask whether I was doing it correctly, they told me to stop bothering them!

What kind of supervisor is this? Do they think we can all read minds and know how to do everything correctly without being taught first, or what?!

2. They require everyone to be at the production line by 7:50 for a meeting. What the hell is the point of this morning meeting? Important matters are never discussed. The first time someone makes a mistake after the line starts, they get harshly berated, and then the supervisor claims they clearly mentioned it many times before?????! (Black-guy shrug meme)

3. The company’s training for dispatched workers is extremely, extremely, extremely inadequate.

At each station, you work for a few minutes before being called away to provide support somewhere else. Every time you just become familiar with one task, you are switched to something different again.

Then, whenever the supervisor gets some idea in their head, they send you back to a station you worked at a long time ago. When you tell them you have somewhat forgotten how to do it, they still yell at you and berate you!!!!

Basically, it is a production line supervisor who comes to work full of emotion and has absolutely no patience, while managing foreign workers and dispatched staff.

No wonder the entire production line is becoming less and less able to retain people.
