The supervisors do not restrict employees too much. Basically, as long as you do not go overboard and deliver results, it is okay. (I previously worked at a company where managers constantly watched over employees, and it was really uncomfortable.) Sometimes people also chat briefly at work and discuss gossip, so the atmosphere is quite good!
