I know someone who works here. After graduating from a university program in science or engineering, this was their first job, and after three years they currently earn over 800,000 per year. There is also little overtime; they can usually leave work by around 6:30 p.m. Compared with my current job, where I have worked for three years and earn only a little over 500,000, the difference is significant, so I think this company is quite generous.

I don't know of anything bad. My friend hasn't complained, but when the salary is high, everything else is secondary.
