Although I did not stay for long, I observed some things. The atmosphere varies greatly between departments, so if you are considering joining, you should definitely ask carefully about the specific department. I recommend departments related to wiring boards, where the atmosphere is more relaxed and there is less overtime. Avoid semiconductor-related departments, where there is a lot of overtime and what appears to be some workplace bullying. It is also best to avoid departments with few people, because the workload per person is greater. The atmosphere does not seem bad, but there is still quite a lot of overtime. Also, the desks do not have partitions, which took some getting used to.
