Currently, Kenyi is recruiting under the name [Yafeide]. Please be careful.

After joining, the main issues can be summarized as follows:

1. During new-hire training, they teach you 2 points, but expect you to know 10 points.

2. If there are 8 points you do not know, the trainer or supervisor will directly lose their temper and ask why you do not know them.

3. They tell you only one minute before the end of your shift that you have to work overtime that day, and you cannot refuse. Otherwise, the supervisor will very forcefully order you to work overtime every day.

4. Multiple supervisors have different ways of handling the same matter. The SOP is only for reference, so you can easily be unsure whose instructions to follow. If something goes wrong, it is all your fault.

5. For trivial matters, the supervisor will directly tag you in the Line group with everyone present, publicly interrogate you, and keep aggressively pressuring you to admit fault. Even when they have wrongly blamed someone, they will still scold you.

6. You are expected to handle hundreds of types of cases. If cases are similar, they will not teach you. When a customer calls with a question, you can only look at the SOP yourself, learn as you go, and answer at the same time. If you ask the supervisor, they will say that similar cases do not need to be taught.

7. When the supervisor makes a mistake, it is not considered a mistake. But whenever you make a mistake, it is treated as a grave error, as if you deserve to die, and all responsibility is pushed onto you.

8. The supervisor only looks at the result and does not care about what happened during the process. If you have a strong sense of justice and try to defend yourself, the supervisor will immediately aggressively confront you about the result and pressure you to admit fault.

9. During holidays, the supervisor will keep tagging everyone in the Line group, tagging people until they become numb, and will not stop.

10. If you are not flattering enough, you will gradually be frozen out, and then gradually brainwashed into resigning on your own. The key point is that there are already very few employees, and customers all say that your phone lines are extremely difficult to get through.

The above is a firsthand account of exploitative working conditions. Please think carefully before interviewing or joining.
