Pros

Special note: The above only describes the experience of an individual who worked in a certain department; I have no knowledge of the other departments.

Possessing an excellent service attitude and corporate culture

Overtime? It doesn't exist!

Everything is simply a reflection of employees doing their duty!

Making unpaid contributions to the company's performance and to your own career development

Management comes up with wild ideas, and everyone applauds and approves them together! In any case, everyone makes decisions together only to spin their wheels: “presumably,” “therefore,” “definitely right.”

Infinite merit! Surely a perfectly fulfilled life!

Boss:

“Young people are all great. We need to give young people opportunities, and besides, they're all very cheap!”

“We're cultivating your ability to work independently.”

“You need to report back on time—even on holidays. That's easy, right? It won't take up your time, will it?” (Of course, in cases like this, there is no such thing as overtime. Don't be so petty.)

“You need to be efficient. How can you be so inefficient?” (Don't be affected by constantly changing orders; you'll all be very efficient, okay? ^_^)

If your supervisor needs it, having you log on for a meeting during a holiday can't be called overtime! The supervisor doesn't claim overtime either. Everyone should treat official business as personal business! Don't quibble with the company!

Cons

Provide the media with proof that overtime pay was reported and say that everything was legal.

Yes, those people reported overtime pay for those hours.

What about all the overtime that wasn't reported—why not mention that?

In any case, everything is administered according to the law. Thank you for your guidance.

The higher-ups hold all the power, caring only about showing off. They love the spotlight, press conferences, and news releases. As for actual ability? They just talk it up. It's great fun wasting public funds with those officials. Research reports? Copy and paste works best.

Put them out in the industry and they'll become a laughingstock. They don't know the technology, the market or customer base, or analytical strategy. They wrote some policy or strategy as the basis for a proposal, only to be questioned: “I've never heard of this. Why isn't it a SWOT analysis?” Come on—you haven't even conducted an actual investigation, so what SWOT analysis are you talking about? Ignorance is truly the style of our magnificent great nation!

They like to shoot the arrow first and draw the target afterward, making the people underneath help patch together a rationale. The logic has been dead for ages, yet they still talk about logic. They do a bunch of things unrelated to the core business just for exposure, and in the end make a mess of it or let it fizzle out—then blame the people below for being incompetent. (The key point is that there isn't even any funding, lol.)
