Too much to write. I joined 10 years ago and left in less than a year. Other companies in this state, and other departments, are all better than this one if you look around. The woman in charge is very stingy and berates people like dogs, putting on airs. There are many sycophants. It seems there has been no improvement in over 10 years. When looking for a job, don’t really be fooled by the media. Leaving work on time is apparently not acceptable. The salary is so low that it is inversely proportional to the effort required.
