Push the limits

1. Low annual salary, with no overtime pay; when converted to an hourly rate, it makes you feel cheaper than working at a convenience store.

2. Managers are replaced more frequently than phones, and the business strategy is constantly shifting.

3. The senior IT executive only talks in vague generalities. Everyone knows he does not take anyone seriously; only the general manager's assignments need to be handled with care.

4. When problems arise, senior executives only know how to talk and are exceptionally skilled at shifting responsibility. Somehow, every mistake is always the subordinates' fault.

5. The marketing manager constantly clashes with people internally, causing widespread resentment immediately after taking office...

The root of everything is that this is a family business with no professionalism whatsoever. You will not learn anything here, so you should really think twice.
