Workplace reviews and discussion: 露天市集國際資訊股份有限公司

Average working hours are 7.5 hours, with a two-hour lunch break where you can sleep as much and as comfortably as you like.

The workplace is very quiet during working hours. Everyone just does their own thing and rarely engages in casual conversation, so the overall atmosphere is rather dull. The team has few SOPs for getting things done. Management positions are always filled by people transferred back and forth from the parent company. Recently, a senior executive was parachuted in to try to overhaul the entire company. There is also a female manager who, if she takes a dislike to you, will use various tactics to make things difficult for you; she is extremely calculating. Company benefits are average and compensation is on the low side. Only people genuinely looking to coast until retirement would stay. Newcomers coming for an interview should really think twice.
