國泰健康管理顧問股份有限公司
Pros

1. Low monthly salary but a high year-end bonus (though it depends on the company's operating performance)

2. Free health checkups

3. Employee discounts on expensive nutritional supplements

Cons

1. The annual salary is slightly higher than that of other companies in the same industry, but when converted into an hourly wage, it will make you feel cheaper than working at a convenience store.

2. General managers are replaced more frequently than mobile phones, and the business strategy is constantly wavering.

3. The senior information executive only talks in grandiose terms, is incompatible with the managers under them, and is unable to manage their subordinates. They are extremely ingratiating and compliant toward outsourced vendors, making you wonder who is really in charge.

4. When problems arise, the senior operations executive pretends to be helpless and says, “I don’t know how,” while being exceptionally skilled at shifting responsibility. Every mistake, big or small, is blamed on subordinates.

5. The senior executives transferred in from the group constantly clash with internal staff, and upon taking office, they make everyone resentful⋯

6. There are endless meetings and presentations every day. It sounds nice to call it intellectual stimulation, but the reality is that there is no strategy or ideas whatsoever.

7. They say there is a salary adjustment every year, but once your salary exceeds the average level, your raise no longer follows the market rate⋯ it becomes pitifully small, and no matter how well you perform, it makes no difference.

9. The senior employees here are all extremely good at avoiding trouble and shirking responsibility; those who work hard and take things seriously are destined only to work themselves to exhaustion.

10. Managers use all kinds of career-development rhetoric to arrange employee rotations, then install their preferred candidates as department heads. If you are not one of their own, your future is bleak⋯
