These old-timers, who are out of touch with the times, throw their weight around. The technologies used in large companies are not new and do not need to be new. If you want to learn SQL and Linux, you can join and get chewed out, but you will not use the product's architecture in other software companies.

I am not familiar with the other teams. It seems the entire PM team has been replaced, and the HR and administrative staff have also been replaced wholesale. The company has a high turnover rate among new hires, while the old-timers remain untouched.
