Pros
1. Lots of work, so there's no need to worry about not getting enough shifts
2. Meals provided for overtime
3. A cleaning lady is available
Cons
1. Endless grand promises, but not a single one has been fulfilled
2. No detailed payslips
3. Expected to wear multiple hats
4. Somehow, every mistake is the customer's fault
5. Bonuses are handed out arbitrarily; if you don't receive one, it's because you supposedly weren't dedicated enough to working overtime
