Maybe there aren't any.
I previously worked as a packer, so I don't know much about the office side. On Salary.com.tw, there are also people discussing operator positions, so you can look into that. This company is indeed a similar family-owned business. It mainly purchases externally or produces some automotive parts itself, then packages and exports them overseas. I worked in the logistics department—which is basically the packaging department. It was probably the company's largest department and also the most entry-level one, with around 30 people. The entire company had only about 60 employees. The supervisors didn't really manage people; for the most part, employees would agree outwardly but do the opposite in practice. In reality, there wasn't much difference between the shop floor and the office—there were also lots of cliques. Then they said people took too much leave. They didn't notice when you did extra work, and the annual salary increase was only NT$500. I took an average of just one or two days of leave per month. The funniest thing was that the supervisor and team leader required a certain packaging volume, but there were lots of people slacking off. Even when it was reported, nothing was done; you were simply treated as a snitch. Taiwanese employees get taken advantage of by foreign spouses—it's really pitiful. That's why the company is recruiting on 104 every day. You really can't stay in this kind of environment.
