1. When I joined, I hoped to start work as soon as possible. At the end of the year, employees were informed without warning that they would be laid off after their workdays, causing tremendous inconvenience.

As a result, even when materials requested by senior management are completed “immediately,” asking a supervisor to forward them still does not result in any response.
