The benefits are pretty good.
Before the interview, you have to fill out a bunch of information requested by the company and submit it on the day of the interview. On the interview day, you also have to take logical-thinking and attention-to-detail tests. The entire testing and interview process takes about two hours, but the manager only spends 10 minutes interviewing you, casually asking a few questions and briefly explaining the job before ending the interview. It feels like they were in a hurry. If they weren't genuinely interested in conducting an interview, they shouldn't have invited me and wasted both our time.
