The salary is very low. After labor and health insurance deductions, the take-home pay is not even up to the statutory monthly minimum wage. The company has also stated that there will be no salary increases unless the pay becomes so low that it violates the Labor Standards Act, at which point it will be raised.

The supervisor has no patience and acts according to their mood. If the supervisor is in a bad mood, they may harshly scold employees, even when they have done nothing wrong, and pressure them to admit fault. The same question cannot be brought up a second time; if you ask the supervisor again, they will appear extremely impatient and exasperated. Sometimes they may tell you one way of doing things, only to tell you a few days later that another way would be better, leaving you at a loss.

The coworkers also do not seem particularly ambitious. As the end of the workday approaches, you will see a group of people lining up to clock out. Some coworkers even start taking a nap after finishing their tasks and then continue sleeping... Yet the supervisor chooses to ignore it and pretends not to notice.

If you have no goals in life and only want a job to get by, this place might be suitable. But if you have goals in life, I recommend not coming here and wasting your time.
