The work atmosphere is good. Maybe because it’s a startup, colleagues don’t like pushing blame onto each other; instead, they help one another.
The managers are all highly professional and willing to mentor others. If you’re new to the workplace, you can learn a lot here. However, the number of people who can persuade the boss is effectively zero.
They are constantly hiring—not because of “expansion,” but because the turnover rate is 100%.
A company with around 20 employees can hire more than 20 people in a year, with even more leaving. It’s easy to imagine that there must be some problem here; otherwise, judging by the benefits described on 104, they would surely be unable to hire fast enough to keep everyone.
As a sincere suggestion, it’s best to take the salary and benefits information on 104 as merely “for reference.”
You’ll be much happier if you apply with the expectations you’d have for potato chips marketed as tasting like premium Wagyu beef.
I won’t go into the need for diverse work skills, the ability to read minds, or having to enjoy being fed grand promises. If you’re looking for a job you can stay in for more than a year, you should definitely think twice, because the probability that both you and the boss will be satisfied with each other is probably only about 5%.
