成綸企業股份有限公司
Pros

● Colleagues are kind and help one another whenever there are difficulties, but everyone is quite busy....

● As long as you are willing to work hard, stay with the company, and strive together with it, the company will take care of you until retirement.

● You can take parental leave.

● The owner runs the business properly.

Cons

● The scheduled working hours are 7:50–16:50.

At 07:45, employees begin cleaning the environment (the area is large and takes 15 minutes) or attend the monthly meeting (a large-scale meeting).

● Basically, eating, drinking, and using personal mobile phones are prohibited during working hours. Items unrelated to work must be placed in the lockers, and ordering food delivery is prohibited.

● Two business meetings are held each week, and the owner attends.

● Part of the salary is paid by bank transfer, with the remainder paid in cash.

● There is no overtime pay. Some sales staff only leave after 18:30 to pick up their children, and most employees get off work after 20:00.

● The head of the sales department is kind by nature, but always reminds sales staff—with “written warnings”—to submit documents within the times he specifies and publicly points out subordinates’ poor work performance in the open-plan office.

The way of doing things still retains old habits.

● Costs must be calculated “manually” on a calculator and then entered into a standard “Word file.” After calculating, employees must ask the supervisor how much profit and waste to add (all subject to the supervisor’s approval). After receiving approval, they must calculate everything manually again, ask the supervisor again... calculate it again... and ask the supervisor again...

● After preparing a quotation, the quotation details must be handwritten in the “Quotation Registration Book,” and the documents must then be filed in another notebook called “Quotation Registration.”

● Internal data is very disorganized. There are three types of standard forms for cost analysis alone, and the forms used by different sales staff are not quite the same.

Suitable for people who want a simple, stable work environment and are hardworking.
