Pros
1. The network billing is simple.
2. Slightly flexible working hours.
3. Busy at the beginning of the month and less busy at the end of the month.
4. Most of the time, you can leave work on time.
Cons
1. No overtime pay, only compensatory time off.
2. If someone leaves the accounting department at Kingstone Bookstore, you may be required to handle the store's accounting work (*with no salary increase and significantly more overtime; *you take over the work rather than temporarily covering for someone until a replacement is found).
