1. Colleagues outside the managerial level are around the same age, so it is easy to get along.
2. If you do a good job on a project, the boss is quick to give you a raise.
3. The bonuses are quite good.
4. Although the company is small, the overall office environment is also great!
1. Management → They do not do any work, but are the first to claim the credit; they work seriously, but disregard interpersonal issues with colleagues;
Their principle for handling matters is to target people rather than the issue / say one thing and do another.
2. The boss ignores or allows the above behavior and does not want to deal with the work atmosphere; as long as work progresses, that is all that matters.
3. The boss is married and has a family,
but pursues female employees under the guise of “work.” If they refuse, he uses “salary reduction + demotion” to pressure them,
leaving them with only two choices: agree or resign.
Overall,
as long as you are not the boss’s type and want to keep a low profile and live peacefully,
this company is still fairly OK.
