1. Colleagues are generally friendly
2. Decent benefits (travel allowance / learning subsidy / birthday bonus)
3. Great location in Xinyi District
Cons
1. Everything has to go through internal procedures, which is tedious and annoying
2. Traditional, old-fashioned, and conservative
3. A bunch of middle-aged and older men (the gender ratio at this company is 8:2); they speak extremely loudly and are very noisy, and they cling to young female newcomers
4. Very low salary adjustment increases
5. Cannot work from home
