1. If you are someone who gets things done or wants to get things done, absolutely do not come to Universal. This place will let you experience what it means to be capable and burdened with more work. People who do not work, have thick skin, and know how to shirk responsibility will be extremely happy working at this company.

2. The culture of the entire company is basically internal conflict and criticizing others. I have never seen many positive people or things at Universal.

3. Departments basically only give each other the cold shoulder. They never think about how to help other units so that the overall work can be better and more efficient.

4. The bonuses for meeting performance targets are also so small they are astonishing. Anyway, I do not believe that any colleague who sees figures like these will still have the desire to strive for performance...

5. The supervisors’ professionalism is questionable. If you have a problem, you can get an answer faster by asking the unit’s senior specialist than by asking the supervisor.

6. The head office’s decisions also often change from one day to the next, or new standards are added at the last minute. They often give people only half a day or one day to produce the requested materials... It is unbelievably ridiculous.
