At the beginning, HR asks about the reason for leaving your previous company, what you did during any gap between jobs, working hours, and whether you receive a Mid-Autumn Festival gift box, among other things. There are no bonuses for the three major holidays, and there is no year-end bonus equivalent to 1.5 months. Compensation is negotiable (regular monthly salary of NT$40,000 or more), but everything is below NT$40,000.
