No matter when they start work, the supervisors in the Quality Control and Engineering departments are glued to their office chairs. They do not deal with problems involving incoming materials. When the SMT manufacturing or downstream manufacturing and testing teams encounter problems and look for Engineering or Quality Assurance, no one can be found. Even when someone is eventually located, they only verbally promise to handle it, but no one comes over until just before shipment, leaving the production line supervisors to resolve and improve the situation. Being a manufacturing supervisor is the worst: every manufacturing supervisor who has joined has been forced to resign within five minutes after assisting with quality improvements on the production line. What kind of company is this? Every word is true. Even more strangely, the Quality Assurance IPQC team only audits 5S in the workshop every day. When product quality abnormalities occur, the reports they provide to Sales for customer complaints are complete nonsense. They never assist with assessment or inspection. They even stipulate that design abnormalities cannot be reported to Engineering and prohibit Manufacturing from contacting R&D.
