1. The company does not have an attendance bonus system; you get paid according to the work you do.

2. Relations among colleagues are “fairly” harmonious (if you like joking around with your colleagues at work, this company should suit you quite well!).

1. The company’s processes and instructions are very unclear. There are many different ways of handling the same matter internally, making it impossible to figure out whose approach is actually correct!

2. The systems are outdated and extremely confusing to use. For some items, the system cannot retrieve data automatically, so the person handling them has to organize the files themselves and then import them into the system. If you enter the wrong data by accident, you have to do it all over again! It’s extremely troublesome and a huge waste of time!

3. The workload is enormous. During major events, eight hours is nowhere near enough to finish everything assigned by supervisors, so you often have to stay late and work overtime—but there is no overtime pay! If your supervisor is considerate enough to let you come into the office later the next day after seeing how hard you worked, that is already very good. Don’t expect too much!

4. Supervisors love calling everyone into meetings, and every meeting lasts at least an hour! Your workload is already overflowing and impossible to finish, yet you still have to sit there while your supervisor paints rosy pictures!

4. Employee turnover is very high. Many colleagues leave before completing six months, and staying for more than a year already counts as being a veteran~

In short, unless you are extremely willing to put up with anything, are prepared to handle everything while earning a meager salary, and enjoy chatting with colleagues during work hours, I genuinely do not recommend it!
