I said I had come specifically for the money; I only came because you called and told me I would get paid for returning it today. After arguing for a long time, they finally agreed to refund me... I did eventually receive it (another three months later—their efficiency is awful....

In short, don't work there as a store manager—actually, don't take a full-time position. Part-time jobs have better options. I genuinely do not recommend it.
