not good here
Our supervisor found issues with SMT Tapy c materials, poor-quality HDMI component materials, and poor PCB assembly issues with the headphone jack. He asked two QA staff members and the engineering department to help, but they did not support him or resolve the problems. The manager handled the repairs himself. After writing a quality improvement report, he asked an external factory to make a vehicle, and he was forced to resign. Why is this company so strange? Quality has improved. Our production work will be easier. He did nothing wrong and taught us a lot of knowledge, so why was he dismissed?
