Employee turnover is very high. I haven't been here long, and I already want to quit.

From my very first day, I felt that there was a reason so many people leave.

First of all, there are absolutely no SOPs.

When it comes to doing the work, you have to rely entirely on senior employees' explanations and instructions.

Also, basically, people either teach you half-heartedly or don't teach you at all.

Otherwise, some of them are really unpleasant and completely ignore newcomers.

The company provides meals, but they are very difficult to eat. Employees have NT$10 deducted for each meal, while the company pays NT$50.

Many people would rather order food from outside.

But someone like me, who doesn't have much money, can't afford to spend money ordering outside food.

I can only make do with the company meals.

The job often requires physical exertion, climbing onto machines, and dismantling and modifying them.

When there is nothing to do, it is very idle, but when there is work, it is truly exhausting...

The salary is truly pitifully low.
