There are hardly any benefits. The bread made by a related company is sold to employees at a very high price. When they want to fire you, they start looking for faults with you, but it is actually all due to the supervisor’s problems. My department used to be heaven—I was happy and stress-free at work every day. After the supervisor changed, it became hell: endless demands and cliques. Recently, they threatened to fire me. That’s fine; it’s not as if I’ve never been fired before. But I won’t just meekly accept being fired either. We’ll see each other at the Labor Bureau then—let’s see who’s more capable, you or me.
