The company has an extremely high employee turnover rate and no future to speak of. Moreover, the department heads love to give the boss false hope, not realizing that reality will prove them wrong—it is simply impossible to achieve! In short, this company has no future, no proper work processes (everything is decided by the managers), and I absolutely do not recommend working here!
